This book covers a lot of hormones, written by an endocrinologist.
As I read, it felt repetitious, but when I went back over my highlights, I didn’t get that feeling.

Some things that are different than what I normally read:
- Red meat is good, be sure to include some offal.
- Dairy is good
- Eggs are good
- Sugar and carbohydrates are good
- Be careful with vegetables
- Beware of soy
- Being vegetarian is probably a problem, especially for men.
- Get saturated and monounsaturated fats

He is an show more endocrinologist. He is probably not concerned about cardiovascular health or longevity. Thus he has the above views as to what is healthy.

He also says:
- Strength training is good
- Get enough sleep
- Get enough protein
- 30 minutes of sun per day
- Reduce stress
