Tony and Lucia both think they are going to get alone time when they head to their friends cottage, neither know the other is going to there are some good laughs when they find out they have been double booked. I thought Tony and Lucia were great you connect with them so easily and just want them to be together and Tony definitely works on showing Lucia they are good together. I really enjoyed this book and left me with a big smile at the end.

Finally we learn about the mysterious Zeke and he certainly is a complex guy and felt for him when finding out the reason for all the tattoos and piercings, then the is Fifi and her history that led her to working for King's security for which was the best move for her. A painting is missing and it's Zeke's chance to get close to Fiona as well a prove she didn't steal the painting recently as well as hopefully solve the past theft. These two are perfect for each other even though it takes a show more bit for Fifi to see it but when he offers to do the one thing he never wanted to do again you know he is serious.

Read in a day (sleepless night, actually). Enjoyed it, good character development. Ronan, the usual protective billionaire, but didn't treat her as the "little woman". Willow had been too trusting of her brother, because he was her only family. But she was also prepared to step up and sort things out for herself, and also to stand up for herself. And although there were tears, she wasn't one of these characters who were crying all the time. So quite a good story overall, would recommend.

Let's Make It Forever by Laura M. Baird

Bryanna is in town for a few weeks to visit her brother, Mikai. She will be hanging out with him and his friend, Sawyer. Bryanna and Sawyer can't deny the attraction their feel for each other. It is a classic case of falling for best friend's sister.

Sawyer agreed to be one of the bachelors in the bachelor action for charity at the Mt. Sinai Holiday Extravaganza. This is the perfect opportunity for Bryanna to make her move and show Sawyer that she is show more all in, if he will have her.

These two do share some steamy moments together. While this story focuses on Sawyer and Bryanna, I wanted to take a moment to talk about Mikai aka Kai. I love the close relationship that Kai and Bryanna share as siblings. They are very supportive of each other and that includes Bryanna and Sawyer having a relationship. I like how Kai encouraged and was happy for the couple.

This is a character driven story that has a good storyline. It will have you appreciative of family during the holiday season. The touch of romance is sweet and spicy. show less
