This book probably isn't enough to learn to sight sing on your own, but it you have a teacher or a friend to help (and an instrument to check yourself against) you'll find these a big help. The exercises are graded, starting with very easy stuff and progressing. I didn't get very far before finding out I have a very bad ear, but I opened this just now and could still sight read the first couple of exercises.
