I have had 35 years experience as an art museum curator and director. Now working as chair of the interdisciplinary low-residency MFA program in Art Practice at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, I am enjoying the return to a more direct, day-to-day working relationship with young artists.

I am playing guitar and singing with my band Breakneck Ridge Revue.

I am on the board of the American Center for Folk Music.
