John Hagy Davis (1929–2012)

Well written. Loaded with information. I felt that he reached somewhat with un-supported claims at times. However, given the nature of the subject matter perhaps that is forgivable.

Well written and researched saga of the Bouvier family both in France and America, from which Jackie Bouvier Kennedy came. A tale of self-made millionaires, and of ones whose addictions destroyed. Excellent book

I really enjoyed reading this before going to Venice for the first time
