The mediocre tale of a Miami street criminal named Dave Riley supposedly recruited by the CIA from jail in the 1960s to work in Cuba in the effort to kill or overthrow Castro. He reportedly worked in the Air America operation in Vietnam and returned to the U.S. to continue a criminal career that now included heroin.

Riley was eventually reduced to conning stupid people out of their property and savings.

Long on bullshit and fake unverifiable names and short on facts and details.
