This was one of the first books I read when I started scrapbooking. I really like how the book's five sections start with the basics of color and layout and work up to embellishments. It's a great book for a beginning scrapper.
This collection of four scrapbooking books -- Michele Gerbrandt's Scrapbook Basics, Creative Photo Cropping for Scrapbooks, Baby Scrapbooks, and School Days Scrapbook -- has something for everyone, from just starting out to experienced scrapbookers ready to use fancier techniques in their books. Though not all the suggestions for layouts keep preservation in mind, the color photos illustrating each technique in multiple ways make this book a worthwhile purchase.
A pretty good book about scrapbooking. A nice blend of pretty and simple.
This book is okay, but you can really only use so many of the ideas before they start to get old.
