An ok Osprey title that heavily overemphasizes the British aspect. Why, for instance, is there an illustration of William and Mary, both dead around the time of the campaign. The overview map fails to account for the Hungarian uprising, which bound some of the Austrian forces and attention to the Eastern theater (and devastated their tax returns). In the presentation of the commanders it is the Dutchs' turn to suffer. Naturally, the commissioned paintings also focus on the British and the show more bibliography is almost entirely composed of works from British authors. If one accepts this bias, one gets a decent account of the battle. show less
