I would like to note that I only read this because it was on my grandmother's bookshelf next to the couch one day when I was napping.
ahahahahahahahahahahaomgwtf every word in this book is wrong including "and" and "the."
It is a terrifying, dangerous, unsupported crock of shit; women's magazines have better health advice.

It is a terrifying, dangerous, unsupported crock of shit; women's magazines have better health advice.
I learned a lot from this book, and still use it as a reference occasionally. It could dramatically help some people, but its diet would kill me.
