My favourite tarot reference book is "Tarot Made Easy", so I rarely read the smaller reference guides. This one is pretty good, however. It has short, but concise, meanings listed for each cards & full-colour illustrations.
All these books state the care of tarot cards (wrapping them in silk, keeping in special boxes, etc...), but this is the first one I have read that admits most of that is done for fortune-tellers to create an air of mystique!

The I Ching, or the Book of Changes, is a means of obtaining advice and answers to questions of importance by casting coins and interpreting the results.
