Caroline Conran

Caroline, the third and longest lasting, of Terence Conran's four wives had an excellent output of food writing in the 1980s and seems to have been rather forgotten. As well as interesting and reliable recipes, this is a book for reading, with knowledgeable narrative from the author, well punctuated with interesting extracts from historical sources.
