Bridget, that amazing gator from the Glades, is back! In the second book about this zany alligator, Zack brings her to show-and-tell. At first Bridget is the size of a key chain, but when she accidentally falls into the aquarium, she grows and grows and grows - and then she's off! Whirling, skating, dancing, and singing, Bridget turns the classroom upside down.
This book is about a boy called Zack. His uncle Jim from Florida sent Zack a present in the mail. It turned out to be an alligator key chain. Zack got very excited, so he immediately ran to the bathroom sink and filled it with water. The alligator started to get so big that Zack had no choice but to put Bridget in the bathtub. Bridget was the alligator's name. She followed Zack everywhere he went. She was getting out of hand because she was having too much fun. In the end, Bridget became show more small again. I think that this book is an excellent book for children. It is exciting to read and full of humor. show less
Zack's Alligator is such a cute book for elementary school readers! Kids love that it is about an alligator and there is a lot of humor and imagination that goes along with the book. It is about a little boy named Zack, who receives a letter in the mail from his Uncle Jim and in the letter there is a present of a key chain alligator. Little does Zack know that the key chain alligator turns into a real life alligator when he waters it. Zack and the alligator have a eventful day with tons of show more humor! Definitely recommended! show less
I used to love this book as a child, it is full of imagination and excitement!
Zack gets a alligator keychain in the mail from his uncle that instructs him to get it wet. When Zack puts the alligator in water it begins to grow and come to life, and they begin their adventures together. Kids love to imagine that their toys are alive and their friends. This book can help spark that imagination and let them have their own adventure with a toy.
