As you might imagine, much of the information herein is rather general. There are sections on food resources (at first, these folks were hunter-gatherers, then they started farming); cooking and utensils, and recipes. The text makes it clear that much is hypothetical and based on remains of various sorts. The recipe section is even more speculative. After all, this is dealing with prehistoric times. There is an interesting recipe for a leavener toward the end.
Mostly unrealistic recipes, using ingredients not available to the Romans, though based on the ideas of Apicius.
One of a series of seven pamphlets about British cooking. Information on food, cooking methods and equipment, table service. About 50 redacted recipes. No originals (either Latin or translation) given.
