So I haven't read this but I just finished Bianchi's essay In Defence Of Beauty and it's not on here.

Bianchi is an interesting guy, and I feel like he means well generally speaking. But I do feel like his ideals veer into body fascism at times. His essay in particular kind of tries to spiritualise looking good, seeing it as a divine merger between masculine energies and the drive of one's own will to create something from nothing. Still, though, if a utopia is missing those in society who show more are incapable of meeting those standards, what kind of utopia is it?

At the same time, he's a superlative photographer, and his capacity to render the male form is seemingly limitless.

This book describes the ups and downs of a group of friends. I would recommend this story to children 3-8
