For the Love of the Land is a book of case studies on farms around Australia and how people are making ends meet in the challenges of today's marketplace.

Some of the case studies are quite interesting, others not so much. Overall it's an interesting glimpse into a wide range of farms and products being produced on the land. Products include everything from beef, wool, tulips to opium poppies (yes the latter is legally grown on some farms in Australia).
