Still useful but out of date guide to the top-level amateur radio exam in the United States (the questions changed in 2008, and will do so again in 2012). You probably won't get a perfect score on the exam by using this book now (although you could have when it was published!), but you should still learn enough for a passing grade -- and, perhaps more importantly, the principles behind the answers.

This book covers everything you need for the Extra class test. It even covers more than you need for the test, which helps you understand the concepts more. Sometimes the additional information is more useful than the material actually on the test.
This is a nice little book with tips for amateur radio operators. I probably wouldn't buy it again since I have a QST subscription.

Not very useful for putting on a class.
