In practice, it's all taken from the internet and checking the internet will usually be easier, as well as potentially more reliable than this one internet-based source. I confess I've never actually looked up anything in it, although I did spend quite a while skimming through it when I was given it. I generally feel reference guides are a handy thing to have around, though.
