Recipies, photos, uses and interesting commentary. If you're interested in cooking with Seaweed (an underused resource) this is the book, unfortunately I don't know if it's a useful book for me as I'm supposed to mostly avoid iron and seaweed is iron rich. Still, a book to introduce almost anyone to the use of seaweed with a nicely relaxed view of Sushi.
