Let's face it. Typically, as a series continues, the story gets more and more predictable or repetitive. As the last book in the Lux series, I expected this read (well, listen) to be anticlimactic. I was so wrong!
There were times that my mouth literally dropped open and I was like- "WTF?!!!" I would sit in my parking space waiting for the chapter to be over. It was just *that* good. Sure, there were a few things that I figured would happen, but mostly, this book was riveting.
As for the show more series itself, I thought the extraterrestrial/paranormal aspect was pretty believable. The world building and integration with the real world was phenomenal. I'm going to really miss these characters now that I'm done. show less
