Richard G. Lyons

Richard G. Lyons is a Contracting Systems Engineer and lecturer with Besser Associates in Mt. View, California, and a former lead hardware engineer for both the National Security Agency (NSA) and TRW Inc. (now Northrop Grumman Corp.) He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Signal Processing magazine and show more a member of the IEEE and Eta Kappa Nu honor society.
