Very clearly written, with some great ideas for and by librarians. Gives an excellent overview of Web 2.0.
An excellent book for librarians considering implementation of participative technologies. Includes chapters on Answers Technology and Productivity Tools in addition to common Web 2.0 technologies such as Blogs and Wikis. Contains useful examples of how libraries are using the new technologies in addition to best practices
