Reviews
Bunting's architectural history was published in the 1960s, so some things are a little out of date. For example, I'm not actually sure that all of the buildings he profiles are still standing, and certain major transportation projects are still in the future. Nonetheless, it was a fascinating (if dense) read, and I'd love to go looking for a few of the houses Bunting mentions the next time I'm in town.
