A racist couple who want to adopt a child learn to be less racist (maybe?) thanks to a pissed off magical fish who regrets granting them a wish without vetting their personal beliefs first.

Actual quote: "You want her to be our daughter? She can't be our daughter! That girl is completely black, and we are white."

This gift from a peculiar in-law left me shaking my head the first and only time I read it to my daughter. She disliked it even more than I did when she was four.

Sowieso een feestje; geniet ervan! show less
