Riding on a wave of inspiration, I bought this little book to help me cook 'differently'.
I enjoyed leafing through the book, reading the suggestions and the recipes, but I ended up not using them at all. Not even for a Christmas dinner.
I am sorting my books and since this one wasn't used (but thouroughly enjoyed), I'll find a new home for it.

Very convenient little book, I used it a lot over the years. Gave me ideas for surprises for my son to make for lunch both at home and to take along to school.
Will take this one with me to Castricum, to let it find (a) new reader(s).

Several years ago, when I was interested in and had more time to experiment with cooking (foreign) recipes, I bought this little book.
During the years I leafed through it many times and tried some of the recipes. Of the 3 deserts I did 2 and also another 2 from the presented dishes. Much to my regret Junior and I dislike several of the ingredients that are used in the dishes (unforunately he dislikes others than I) and because of that I did not use many recipes.
Having cleared out my show more shelves, I think it is time to let this one make room for some that I do use. show less

I just have two words: Prawn Gumbo.
