Substance: Elf Eubie is too happy for Santa's workshop, but manages to change Bluesville kids from naughty to nice by caring about them.
I dislike attempts to push a good message with a bad medium; there is no good reason to have Santa and his crew be grumpy and not very nice.
However, this will probably appeal to middle-schoolers. The music is fair.
