Reviews
Of possible interest on questions of collective responsibility and other aspects of legal responsibility. Unfortunately, Chapter 11 (Responsibility in Personal Relations) is so dreadful that it undermines that credibility of the rest of the book. There, he argues that women should not ask for equality ("Meritocracy is hard on women. They are unlikely to compete as effectively as men, because they have periods....). His opinions on gay relationships are no better.
