Ahhhh, J. C. Penny, a fine author indeed. Well this book came with the purchase of a microwave back in the 70s. The appliance itself was about the size of a small refrigerator. I believe lights dimmed on the entire block when in use.
Aside from that, the book is ok. It suffers from being terribly dated in the microwave cooking approaches. It still assumes some sort of June Cleaver methods, only quicker. I can not say I ever use this book.
