Allergy-free Desserts: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Egg-free, Soy-free, and Nut-free Delights by Elizabeth Gordon
allergy-friendly (and vegan friendly) cookbook (desserts)
Each recipe has options for people with multiple allergies/sensitivities (gluten, dairy, egg soy, and nut, as specified in the subtitle). I don't want to make a lot of these since extra sugar can also be a problem for me, but this would be great for parties/potlucks.
