Wonderful, seemingly flavorful, mouth-watering.... This boy should be cooking for me!

Great photos, clear directions, but a tad bit more time consuming that I'm willing to spend cooking.....

This is a nice book to look at but the recipe that I tried was riddled with errors. There is no way the recipe that I tried could turn out to look like the picture. (I admit this is a pet peeve of mine, the picture should represent the recipe) I think that as long as you carefully review each recipe before you try it, make sure that the ingredients list matches what is used in the description you will have a good dish, but don't trust the recipe without double checking it
