A great introduction to ocean life and the alphabet. The books introduces ocean life from A-Z with a brief background of each sea creature and is reinforced with beautiful underwater photographs. The last couple of pages covers the ABC's of ocean creatures in a bit more detail and a map showing where these ocean creatures would live. This is a terrific, information book for beginning readers.
This book has the cuties pictures of baby animals, but it was not a favorite of mine or the kids I work with this year.
