Really I'm on the fence with this book. I didn't get much of it, you are not your thoughts, separate yourself...okay, but how ?.. just separate yourself, you are just a speck in this universe .... oh okay but how to I become this untethered soul ? You see yourself outside of your thoughts... What ? You get it right ? I was confused, not ready for untethering perhaps ? But I want this, I want to be free of all "this" worry, stress, insecurities, I want to be free. Okay so I'm listening to show more this on audio, nice narration but when I got lost I went black hole lost in the subject. The narrator kept going on and I had no freaking idea what was happening, because I never understood the first part. So here I sit with my tethered soul, firmly strapped down feeling trapped knowing there is freedom but not clear how to get there.
I'm thinking maybe a combo print book and audio so I can double slam that knowledge, maybe something will stick ? show less
