Machinery`s handbook: a reference book for the mechanical engineer, draftsman, toolmaker and machinist by Erik Oberg
I have the 5th edition of this from 1917 that came with my 1938 South Bend lathe that is all beat to hell but it looks good on the shelf. The print is so fine I'm surprised machinists didn't all go blind.
