This book provides a basic instructional text for operating any business. The Contents are alphabetical topics from "Advertising" to "Unions". Each subject is crafted from a CEO point of view--what is best for the owner of a business. In other words, few concessions are made to stockholders, employees, managers, or consumers. It basically provides a map for using a "company" entity to carve out benefits for the operator by evading taxes, shirking responsibility for consequences, and show more controlling everyone else. show less
This was a great spooky tale!
Nothing is as what it seems in this book as you have a woman that survives a horrific car accident and she has no memory of the accident or the weeks before the accident. With the help of a detective that tries to help her unravel the mystery of the car crash, they come to a conclusion that someone wanted her dead. Who it is was and what exactly happened leading up to the crash is truly nail biting suspense.
A major page turner - kept me on the edge of my show more seat!
The author, J.M. Barlog pulls you into this story and weaves this mystery/horror novel to a point that will leave you breathless with anticipation of what is going to happen next! Giving it 4.5 stars and rounding up to 5 stars for mysterious suspense! show less

This pocket-size book is categorized into various "Secrets," i.e. money, tax, insurance, eating and dieting, health, human sexuality, car, and more. Since it was published in the mid-1990s, many of the financial "secrets" are dated because tax laws have changed. However, there are many common sense tips about healthcare, prescription drugs, and questions you should ask your doctor. I really liked the tip on "headache relief without drugs"--it worked! Overall, worth the read, if not for a show more glimpse into how things used to be nearly 20 years ago. show less
How to Turn Your Lunch Money into $1 Million, Plus Other Amazing Financial Strategies by Inc. Boardroom
Not a bad little book on tips and strategies for a better financial life. Most of the tips just scratch the surface but still the book gives you a few good ideas that you should look into. A better book is “Save Your Retirement” co-written by Paul B. Brown.
