Overall, this is a solid book about clean eating. I liked how the author pointed out the various benefits of clean eating, and there were many recipes that sound quite tasty. I did have a few issues with the book. More editing would have been helpful (grammatical errors and misspellings). Also, the author recommends eating 4-6 small meals per day, but in the suggested meal plan section only provides 3 meals plus 1 snack. Further, I'm not a fan of the word "diet" since that generally means show more something temporary, and clean eating is more of a lifestyle change. For those looking into clean eating, this book would provide a good, basic start.

Overall not a bad book. Could use some more editing. The meal plan section is a bit confusing, but it can be adapted to state what the author suggests. The recipes are great! We enjoyed them!
