This book is a self-help book that identifies different types or ways of being resilient. It introduces tools for turning adversity into action. Moore believes that one can learn how to change adverse circumstances into potent fuel to overcome life's hardships. He demonstrates his beliefs through sharing real-life stories and brutal honest analysis of his own experiences.

This book is an excellent resource for oneself, family, friends, employees etc. It is fairly easy to relate too.

In fact, I only brainstorming on the challenges of life when hurdles arise.
Then - I picked up this book as a potential workaround solution to answer all my specific questions !
Well - Needless to say how resilience is the ability to "bounce back" when arriving difficult traps.
First - I particularly appreciated the power of Resilience, I mean the possibility to transform pain into Power ;()
Second – The fact that Resilience can be learned as such !
And Third – The magic advantage of How to show more Flip the Switch ;()
