Note that the "bad" reviews were by people who did not follow the instructions to their fully. Very few people have the self dissapline to follow these rules.
For example, if you take the time to do the tapping exercise to overcome a craving the craving will have passed. But do anything that takes your mind away for 10 minutes and your monkey mind will tend to forget the craving. As I said, most people don't have the fortitude to actually take McKenna's advise.
I am using some of the tools show more because they do what I need. The tools I can't bother to use don't seem to work, duh. show less

I followed a couple of steps and lost a few pounds, I'm sure if you bothered doing the full wack you'd lose much more. A book that really makes you think. Starving yourself is not the answer!
This book describes in detail a system consisting of a large range of activities for the reader to improve their attractiveness and charisma.
The book is wordy but the techniques, many of which are NLP-based, are useful.

I was a bit sceptical but we'll see if it's worked or not. its a good listen but I do have trouble concentrating so found myself thinking of other things. I shall give it a go though at a later date.
