Oretha D. Swartz

Oretha D. Swartz, who holds a B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University, has worked as a newspaper reporter and society writer for newspapers in New York, Baltimore, Washington, and Annapolis, Maryland. She is well-steeped in military life, having moved to Annapolis, the hometown of the U.S. Naval show more Academy, almost fifty years ago with her late husband, an academy professor and coach.
