This is my penultimate muffin cookbook. It contains 37 different recipes, of which I have (in recent years) made 11 different ones, usually taking part of the batch to work. One of my fellow co-workers regularly comments that they are the moistest and tastiest muffins she has eaten - and more to the point - they are healthy!

My top favourite is the Kumara and sunflower seed muffin, although I also am very fond of the Pumpkin and Pecan Pie (substitute the sugar with maple syrup for an extra show more treat). I also regularly use less than the already low amount of oil and sometimes cut down on sugar a little too - with no complaints what-so-ever.

Very, very easy to make, quick to bake and delicious to eat - it really does live up to its name!

This used to be one of my favourite muffin cookbooks until I lost my it. Great recipes for kids. Wish I still had my copy.
What is says on the cover - a book of simple, yet yummy, vegetarian recipes. You could get most of the ingredient in this book in your average supermarket, and nothing calls for any difficult techniques. The perfect book for people who claim they can't cook vegetarian because it is all too difficult
