Reviews
This is a beautiful old book, even though my copy has a pretty tatted dust jacket. The hymns are laid out in a unique and visually stunning way, and the annotations on the hymn writers and history makes this little book a treasure trove of interesting facts. Additionally, the design is reminiscent of ancient illuminated manuscripts, and I find myself, when reading it, thinking how wondering it would be if every book were designed with such care and attention to aesthetic beauty and function.
