In which Bill Maher trashes religion, but mostly Christianity. It was funny, but it was scandalously slanted in his choice of spokespeople and his editing of interviews. He had no intention of doing a fair inquiry. I can think of so many representatives who could have answered his questions clearly. Poor Bill claimed he couldn't get access - he got thrown out of the Vatican and all he could find was a reverend who blew raspberries. He lost my respect.

This is NOT for those easily offended. This presents itself as a mockumentary of a Kazakh reporter coming to the USA. If you have a dark/offensive sense of humor, this is the movie for you.

I liked most of this movie, but the thing that made me drop one star was the scene where Borat shat in a bag. I know he made a lot of jokes about how backwards his 'Borat' home country was, you can see it plainly in his intro but the shit was just pushing it too far, it's no wonder that actual Kazakh show more people were pissed off at this film. show less
