This is a brief and fairly enigmatic description of a theater program that continued at the Pendle Hill Quaker Center for a few years. The program created and performed original plays, many with spontaneous dialogue and development, and all apparently inviting audience participation. It clearly was an interesting, even compelling program, but as the author writes at the end, he cannot describe with any precision the experience. Apparently you had to be there.
Spontaneous drama is described with lists of players and fellow-creators.
I have two copies.
While a student at Pendle Hill, I took part in some the Apocalypso plays.
