Wow, this book got to me like no other. Sebastian had a perfect life, the love of his life was everything to him, but tragedy strike and everything goes away, he can’t seem to find a way to move forward. Then we have Valentina, who is struggling with her marriage, she is now trying to overcome what happened and work to get it fixed, but not all things can be as easy as to just say it. She is hurting inside and even though she loved her husband something went wrong and now she needs to face show more her own life.
They meet under very interesting circumstances in Paris, while Valentina is trying to get the final grab of her marriage and Sebastian is at the gallery, they kiss and sparks fly, the ignition is turned on and none of them can deny it. She needs to make a choice; Sebastian needs to find a way to love again. Their worlds collide and this story will show you more than romance, more than chemistry. This story will show you what real life is, how two different circumstances, yet the same devastation within the individuals will make you heart ache, but their paths to overcome everything you will make you think about your own life, will make you think and appreciate what you have and that life might not always be sweet, but learning to live again afterwards is not easy but worth it. One of my top reads for 2017 so far. Mia Asher has outdone herself with this book. show less

VOY a escribir una reseña .
Una reseña .
Reseña que escribiré .
Porque escribo reseñas .
Y yo voy a escribirla .
Una opinión que ...
Sólo eso .
.
.
.
.
Pienso que ...
No debería pensar .
Esto que pienso .
Pero
Me he dejado llevar .
Yo
Me he dejado llevar
Por esta tormenta
Este hype
O como sea ...
Debía elegir
Elegir entre ARSEN
O
terminar de una vez
por todas ...
Terminar ...

Ella
Ser sexual
Y no puede
No puede
No puede
No puede
Igual que yo
Que entre
Buenas autoras
y
Las malas
Que me tientan
Me dejo llevar
Y elijo
Perturbarme
Y así
Así no terminamos
Y leemos
Mierda
Porque
Es barata
Y FÁCIL .

4.5 Ultra Steamy
This riveting and gut-wrenching novel is impossible to put down. It’s tragic, maddening, tantalizing and exhilarating.
The two male protagonists, Ben and Arsen are pure carnal confections. Both characters are strikingly different types of heroes yet equally viable and compelling love interests.
Ben is the dream husband: tall, dark, remarkably handsome and madly in love with his gorgeous wife, Cathy. Ben dotes on and savors Cathy. She is the air he breathes. He worships and show more devours her body and soul. He would do anything for her. Their love is substantial, deep and true.
But, unfortunate circumstances leave Cathy and Ben at a loss. Despair drives Cathy to retreat and disconnect from lovely, perfect Ben. Sad and numb, Cathy’s picture perfect life feels gray and lifeless until she meets Arsen.
Arsen is all fire and fantasy, sunny beauty and raw sexuality. When Cathy eventually gives in to her blinding desires and need for Arsen, he is right there, deliciously wicked and ready to take her. With ferocity and vigor, Arsen commands and possesses her fully. For Cathy, the torrid affair is an intoxicating outlet and overpowering addiction. For Arsen, Cathy becomes his everything.
ARSEN is filled with well described stolen moments between ravenous lovers. The sex is white hot electrification: Innocent, affectionate, playful and loving. Passionate, raw and frenzied. Hypnotic and forbidden. Lyrical and heartbreaking. Angry and punishing.
Be warned, ARSEN is not a frothy feel-good romance. It’s an exhaustive emotional roller coaster filled with delirious highs and devastating lows. You have to be prepared for the punches. Also, if you dislike books with prominent infidelity, this story isn’t for you. No matter how crazy hot and titillating the sex is, you’ll never get past the cheating.
For me, I love a good love triangle, and this one is epic. I LOVED this book. ARSEN gripped me from the first page and left me overheated and shaken. show less

I can see why people like this book and why they don't. There is cheating but it is actually represented in a not a-am-sick-of-this-how-could-she-do-it way. I might not have always understood her reasoning but most of the time I could. Her thinking was simple and clear. The moments I could understand her though I wanted to scream at her to do the right thing.
For the first time in my triangle history I couldn't pick a side. I was torn. Arsen is the bad boy who they is almost no way to not show more fall in love with him. He is what Cathy needs. He is a mix of Kellan (Thoughtless) and Alex Kennedy (from the Alex Kennedy duet by Megan Hart). What won my over was his music taste. He is a fan of Muse! And he likes Madness. Ben is her husband whom she loved once before the miscarriages and everything. I don't think she ever stopped loving him. He won me when he brought cupcakes instead of flowers to Cathy for their first date.
If it weren't for the flashbacks I don't think that me or most of the readers would have realised how much depth their relationship had. Arsen would have been the obvious choice because from her point of view Ben is more distant and cold than the man I saw in the past. But Ben doesn't change. Cathy does.
The end left a bittersweet taste in my mouth. If it's going to be called happy or not it's the readers choice though I am not so sure about it. It's more bitter than sweet. I hope that a next book will make that bitterness sweetness because it was unfair.
Arsen is a book for everyone who doesn't mind cheating, broken hearts and steamy scenes. show less
