Book Description....
"What happens when you start falling for your worst enemy? Fans of Abbi Glines and Monica Murphy will relish this addictive novel of smoking-hot seduction—and revenge gone so wrong, it’s right.
I wasn't always this jaded. I had a clear head, things I wanted out of life, and a concise plan on how to get there. For being only twenty-one, I pretty much had it all figured out. Until the day my cousin died.
I spent months going over all the details surrounding her death, show more trying to figure out how I missed the signs, and the only thing I could come up with was she would still be alive if it wasn't for one person: her professor. So I transferred to his college, enrolled in his class, and set my new plan in motion.
First I’ll seduce him. Then I’ll ruin him. I’ve just got to stay strong and not let his charm and my emotions get the best of me. Because someone has to pay for her death. If it’s the last thing I do, I’m going to break Noah.
Includes a special message from the editor, as well as an excerpt from another Loveswept title."

What I liked from the read....
I must say I indeed enjoyed this read. The authors really know to to keep your attention turning the pages until the very end. How these two authors came up with such a amazing story of a person who would go to extreme measures to seduce a teacher for revenge and what happens when the truth comes to light. What was very interesting about this was all of this information that was put into play came from a letter that was left after a death. Will this heroine fall prey to the one that she thinks is responsible for the death? I thought that the plot was well administrated to the reader. However, I was not too surprise with the outcome because I had guessed early on in the read who the person was that was really behind it all but still this was a well written good read. I thought the authors did a wonderful job giving the reader some well developed, defined, well portrayed and believable characters that did carry the reader on a emotional dramatic journey till the very end. I will say I loved how these authors gave the reader a 'the end' of a read and I would definitely recommend this book to any reader who is looking for a good sexy enjoyable read. show less

Rian has to be one of the most bada&& female characters in a book that I've read so far. Rian knew even from a young age that she was different, an outcast. She spent her young years being bullied because her mom is a hippy, bullied for the way she dresses, bullied for her boyish name. Until she meets the new kid in town, Garrett. Her days become brighter because show more at the end of the horrible school day, Garrett was always there waiting. Until Garrett's Army dad got transferred to another base and they had to move away. At 13, Rian was heart broken and experienced her first big loss.
"...Everything that's happened in your life has led you to this point..."
At 16, Rian's life suffers more hardship and tragedy when she loses her mother. Rian's life gets completely turned upside down when she has to move and go live with her Aunt. But little does Rian know that it will take another turn when her childhood friend Garrett walks right back into her life.
"...My raven is for me, not anyone else. It's a symbol of being able to be on my own - actually enjoying being alone..."
Just when you think everything is slowly coming together for Rian, she suffers more tragedy in her life. And she is left alone and struggling with how to deal. She does the only thing she really knows how, she spreads her wings and flies.
"...I've proven to myself that I can do anything. In just a few short moments, my most important fight erases the one from so long ago. It's such a freeing feeling..."
Will Rian finally have a chance to put her life together? Will she finally find her place in the world and her own happiness? Or will she just lock away her feelings and get by? What will happen when after years Garrett walks back into Rian's life again but she finds that sweet country boy is not the man he is today? Will Garrett let Rian back into his life at all or is that door closed for good? Will Rian's world come crashing down again or will she continue to spread her wings and fly?
"...This is my life and this raven's no longer content with being alone and flying solo..."
"...This raven's found her home..."
Ashley Suzanne has done it again! She has completely swept me away on an incredible journey full of so many ups and downs, twists and turns, that I sat on the edge of my seat and could NOT stop reading until it was done. I love Rian! Her strength, her courage, she moves me. I cried for her while reading even though she didn't. And Garrett, oh sweet baby Jesus, he has made his way into the top rankings of my list of book boyfriends. Yes please, I'd like to place an order for my own real life version of Garrett. Oh Ashley Suzanne, you are brilliant! You completely floored me with the twists in this book and at the end, well NO spoilers, so I will just say absofreakinglutely
amazing! I wish I could give this book more than a Nerd Alert A or 5 stars, they are just not enough! This is a MUST read this summer! show less

As far as I know, this was the final book in the Destined series, and it goes out on an awesome note.
When I first started it, I thought some of it was a little silly in the beginning. After I got a little more in to it, I thought it was great. The characters did show some immaturity and some conclusions felt a little rushed, but all the scenes felt honest and realistic. It's hard to stay in a story when what you're reading doesn't seem believable. That is not an issue here. I like the humor show more and the different types of love shown throughout.
If there's two things Skylar does flawlessly every damn time, it's fucking and making sandwiches. He's a keeper.
Mira and Skylar have come a long way since the first book. I've loved sharing this road with them.
"It's just like us. So beautiful but capable of causing unimaginable damage, but you have to have faith you'll be safe."
I also want to focus on the friendships. We have great back and forth between Danny, Skylar, Mira, Kylee and Jacoby. Everyone does get in a final word so the reader isn't left hanging on any of that. Something happens that at first I was not liking the way the story was going. I kept reading it and ending up liking it better because it made me step outside of my box on how the perfect story goes. Sorry I'm being so vague, but it would kind of be a ruin to discuss it further.
This is a story about true love and friendship.
