Can't rate. ?áNot into pancetta and lemongrass, etc. ?áDon't have any attachments except food processor, and Jamee doesn't have that one. ?áSo, even if I wanted to invest in some of the ingredients I'd have to invest in the grinder & mill & strainer....

Checked out this and the Mixer Bible by Deeds at the same time from my library. ?áThe other is more practical, but still includes the use of a?ábunch of?áattachments. ?áThis is very short and I paged through it in one show more setting, that is too long for my patience. ?áIf I were gifted that, or found it in a thrift store, I'd spend time with it... but for now it's going back to my library. ?á

Do you have any advice about what is really a good use of my mixer and/or food processor?

So far all I'm doing is buying the big bag of carrots at Costco, using the machine to slice them into rounds, and then blanching & freezing them in meal-size portions. show less
