This eyeopening book explores the subtle, non-verbal messages we're conveying when we speak. I had a wonderful time discovering what stories my body is telling.

I did not finish listening to this book. Felt like I have heard most of it in other books. Did not like that at times she made strong conclusions from questionable studies. Also parts of the body language sections were hard to follow for she listed way too many major and minor body language signals all lumped together. Maybe in book form this would be better for you could skip sections.

I'm not quite finished yet, but I'm dissapointed... The information is pretty basic. As a woman of 30 years in this world, I knew 90% of the gestures she talked about. Most of the information is directed towards business relationships & people who want to flirt better.

Everyone should read this book! I've referenced it a few times when I am going in for an interview or meeting. It's great for a young professional, like myself.
