Thriving Youth Ministry in Smaller Churches: Secrets for Cultivating a Dynamic Youth Ministry by Rick Chromey

This was a great read for smaller youth groups. It is based off of Jeanne Mayo's book but gives some great practical advice for smaller youth groups like budgeting, effective events and relational youth ministry.

Very little of value here. Frustrating. Title is the best part of the book.
