my daughter has developed a milk alergery, so this is actually required reading for the moment. Since I'm having such a hard time finding good, user friendly, kid friendly recipes, I'll be sure and rate the book when I've put it to use.Heres the thing....when a cookbooks target audience is people with allergies, they should not have recipes containing the allergen. 1/2 the recipes in the book had cheese as an ingredient, a few sour cream....My daughter can't have milk products, and I figured show more these recipes were going to be about cooking without milk products...instead, it includes recipes with only "less" milk products. Give me a break. As far as I'm concerned the money paid for this book was wasted. show less
