Love this book! Veggie recipes for everyone! : I love this book! I have had it for many years and I have had my meat eating friends and family ask me for some of the recipes. No weird, exotic ingredients, everything can be found at your neighborhood grocery store. This is a great addition to your cookbook library...even if you are not a vegetarian.
Read with plenty of Belgian beer handy. You'll eat well and get smashed doing it!
Nothing I could use: I bought this book based on the good reviews, but unfortunately I did not see any recipes that I found all that appealing, and many of them called for ingredients that would be hard for me to find. To be fair, I live in a pretty rural area where lots of things are hard to find without having to drive 50 miles. I returned the book.
