Sabbath and festival prayer book : with a new translation, supplementary readings and notes by Morris Silverman
I grew up with this siddur. There are some comments before prayers and some instructions about who says what and whether one stands up.
Re feminist and egalitarian changes to Conservative siddurim: The preliminary morning service, in the waking-up-and-getting-dressed prayers does not have men thanking God for not making them women, but instead says "... who hast made me in Thine image." [p. 45] The Amidah does start with "... God of our fathers, ..." and God is a King and God's pronouns are show more masculine. show less
