I tell people about this book all the time. I love it - changed my perspective & my life. Most people think that amazing things are done by amazing people in amazing circumstances. Truth is, life’s most amazing things are often done by ordinary, frightened people who find themselves in less than ordinary situations…SMILE*
It has been said that the book of Romans is the key to understanding the entire Bible. It shares the most beautiful and rich descriptions of the gospel of grace that we find anywhere in Scripture. Romans volume 2 explores the practical ways Christians are to live out their faith taught in the Romans 8-16.
This book covers the Christian and his reward. It make careful distinctions between salvation and rewards. Also it addresses the believer's present life, his sins, service, and the chastening of God as these all relate to rewards.
Paul's letter to the Colossians is short, but it reveals the complete and inexhaustible sufficiency of Jesus Christ. Jesus really is everything we need! Paul reveled in the good news that had captured his heart. He never got over it and never moved beyond it. He knew that no one could advance beyond the essential of the crucified, risen, and exalted Christ.
